Aren't small cracks fairly common in a house after 30 years? I honestly don't
know but the inspector, foundation guy and our contractor that came over to quote out the basement all seemed to think so.

Every foundation has cracks in it. It's what concrete does. If it's not a structural problem, seal it and live on.
