I had 3 cracks in an unfinished basement that ran from the bottom of a window to the floor. I was quoted ~$350-400 per crack from two different places to fill the cracks with a liquid polyurethane. This wasn't in Utah though, so I don't have a company to recommend.

Every foundation has cracks in it. It's what concrete does. If it's not a structural problem, seal it and live on.
