My first experience was last week. I flew back from Jackson hole and when I got out to the long-term parking shuttle, it was literally 200 yards long. I would’ve been waiting an hour to get on the bus to take me to my car. Luckily I knew someone who parked in short-term and was able to get them to drive me to my car. I don’t know why that was such a bad process.
