I don’t think his trade value will ever be higher than it is now...Unless Brady decides to offer him some kind of welcome back party and throw him three touchdowns in his first or second game.
As things stand, he’s going to be competing for touches with multiple very talented wide receivers, a tight end, and a very good running game. Add in the fact that Tampa Bay has a pretty good defense, and Brown isn’t going to be as productive as some people might think. I wouldn’t trade him for crap, but I would see what I could get out of him.
