I had a 10 mm and 15 mm on the same side when I was first diagnosed. I was unable to speak or respond to doctor’s or
wife’s questions when I approached 10 out of 10 pain for me. First of 3 major episodes. Nothing else in my life has approached that level of pain. Not touched by multiple doses of Dilaudid.

My advice would depend on your symptoms and the type and location of your stone. Lithotripsy is prob my rec if offered.
