Refs should call all fouls, regardless of the time or score in the game. It's
not their job to determine the sportsmanship of play calling. It is absurd that they could watch a bear hug in the secondary and not call it. Egregious no call.

Yeah, you don't stop being a referee just because one team is up big. An obvious foul is still a foul.
