That's ALL he's saying here. AGAIN. I really don't have much of a problem w his criticism of how we played in the 4th. He's stating it stronger in this online exchange than he did "in the booth" — but his pt really still isn't all that bad, imo. Our punter's move was a particularly rough one at that juncture in the game — and obviously off script from the desires of the coaches (as both announcers fairly acknowledged).

But the gist of Gilmore's closing judgment statement in his online exchange I agree with as well (& I'll say it a little stronger, in my own words): Any fan that makes such a big deal outa that PI play at this point — to the extent of disparaging Mr. Gilmore's job performance — that fan needs to walk away from sports fandom awhile. If Rod is truly anti-BYU, I myself had a hard time hearing it in any single statement he said last night.
