How does Romney get experience throwing the ball if it's a blowout (and in 3Q)
and he isn't allowed to throw the ball? But the other QB isn't handcuffed like that. They are allowed to score as much as possible. You hurt your players and your program when you handicap the 2nd and 3rd stringers when there is a ton of time left in the game and all they get is run left, run right, punt.
