Kyle Whittingham said Devonta'e Henry-Cole was disappointed with the amount of carries he had last year. Whitt said DHC wanted more of an opportunity to be a No. 1 back. Whitt added he wasn't surprised that DHC chose BYU as his next destination.

DHC was never projected to be the starter. He was going to be 3rd string. He saw that and that's why he left.
