An old friend of mine is a pilot. Awhile back we were talking about kidney stones. He said he used to get them. As a pilot for Delta, you can't fly if you get them, that's according to him. He claims he went and did some sort of treatment/medication to prevent him from getting them again. Anyone heard of such a thing?

He has since moved away and I don't have his new number. Otherwise, I'd be bugging him about this. I can't do it anymore. The stones I pass get bigger with each one. Last year I passed one that was 9 to 11 mm. I'm not exaggerating either. I have one stuck in my left ureter at the moment, going on 2 weeks.

Anyway, if any of you have heard of such a treatment please feel free to pass it along, no pun intended.
