Everyone has a food leftover that they love....one that they could eat for days on end. What is yours?

Mine...a family Sloppy Joe recipe that is fantastic and nothing like the traditional sloppy joe's you are thinking of.

Chinese food and Mexican food. And Japanese Curry.

Pozole (a Mexican soup/stew). It's really good the second day.
