Those tiny screws are standard for almost all door hinges......
on pre-hung doors. They won’t hold after repeated use so you can go get 2 inch screw and put at least one in every hinge.
Mine usually get loose on the jam side of the hinge.
I believe you need a #8 screw (size of the head). Too narrow and it won’t hold.

Over the 4 years since my home was built, too frequently I've had issues with screws being stripped out of door hinges.
