I'm no vegan, but we have friends who are. We like to have options when we invite them over (they don't expect it, we just do it). I am curious about this claim at the top of the recipe:

"This is another recipe that goes to show that anything you craved before going vegan, you can easily make a vegan version of."

I've heard similar statements about cauliflower pizza, and that was a load of falsehood. Cauliflower pizza is not a version of pizza. Anyone tried something like this?
