Why haven't you evicted them yet? On 07/25 they could've been given notice that they have 30 days to vacate the premises

unless their rent is paid in X number of days. They're never gonna catch up on that back rent. I'd get them out.

I guess this was the end of the federal moratorium. Depends on your state's law if this is a legal course of action.
