My mom has a rental in Nevada and her tenant stopped paying rent in February,
then COVID happened and she says Nevada wouldn't let you evict a tenant during COVID (I'm not sure how true this is). The tenant then didn't pay at all February-October.
She finally was able to get something done to get them evicted this past weekend and is selling the house.
