teams to play OOC games?

Everyone says BYU doesn't deserve CFP or possibly NY6 because they haven't played anyone. But after PAC and B1G came back, if they still won't play schools like BYU, even when they had openings and opportunities to, will people drop that argument knowing that BYU tried to play these teams, and they refused?

I don't know, that probably won't change the narrative, but at least it gives teams like BYU a better argument.
