And the player not currently on this list that I consider the biggest omission is Breece Hall from Iowa St. He's currently 2nd in the NCAA in rushing, and just as importantly - if you watch ISU he is just absolutely electric. During ISU's game against Okie St. last Saturday he had 185 yards on just 20 carries, including a 70 yard TD.

I know that the Heisman is basically a QB award at this point, but having seen Najee, Etienne, Jaylen Waddle, all play multiple times this year, Hall is the most exciting non-QB I've watched so far. (Masen Wake excepted, obviously)
