Hindsight is 20-20. He even said he didn’t want BYU. Not sure that reflects badly on anyone. IIRC he wasn’t an option

for anyone until Utah sold out on Indiana’s backup QB. 🙂

I agree that as things have played out, we were lucky to get him. But I don’t want BYU going too hard after 3 star kids who don’t want to come to BYU. Thats a bad recruiting strategy IMO.
