Almost like homeless hungry person having a press conference and saying "I'm hungry, and I'm willing to eat your food. But I only eat filet mignon. It has to be cooked to exactly 132.5 degrees Fahrenheit and served with a baked potato that has three pats of butter on it. It must be accompanied by a large Coke with pebble ice and tiramisu for dessert. I'll be over under the viaduct - you can deliver it there.
