Even if this is true, there are enough reasons, even w/o the PAC's self-serving conditions, that a game might not work. And it's no reflection on BYU.
Anyone who knows anything won't care if BYU can't / doesn't want to bend over backward to make this happen.
People shouldn't get their smallclothes in a bundle over this.
