2-prep time (Tom Holmoe is on record saying a Sunday night decision for the coming week will most times not work)
3-Chance of the game actually being played (PAC-12 OOC requirements are ridiculous &they can cancel your game for an opening with another conference school as late as 2 days before your scheduled game)
4-Mutually beneficial (UW doesn’t really move the needle for BYU-it’s not a worthwhile game)

One could also argue that the testing protocol the PAC-12 wants is also draconian and overkill.
