I can’t really speak to what happened in the second half. But you could see the will of their defense starting to break in the first half because their offense simply couldn’t stay on the field. They could only run a certain number of plays. There’s only so much a defense can handle knowing that their offense can’t keep up. Sometimes your will breaks and you give up a lot of points. Lacking an offense can lead to damage to the defense. I’m just saying it Should be taken into account. That wasn’t a good Boise State team that night.
