The means everything the committee might weight in a 13 person statistical sampling says the group 4 x the size (writers & Coaches) has made the same assessments and already established the pecking orders. That's why BYU is likely to fall in the 7-9 range, outside 6-10 tomorrow.

This is not a guarantee, but not ranking BYU in that range would be unbelievably weird and unusual in a 29vyear historic perspective.
