Still a longshot but not out of the realm of possibility. If ND trips up at UNC going into the ACC champ game or if OSU drops a game anywhere along the way, even in the B10 championship game, Cincy would be there waiting to move up. Especially with a convincing win over BYU.

Big XII and P12 are not getting a playoff spot so what they have to do is beat out the second best team from any of the remaining three conferences. SEC #2 is likely to have 2-3 losses. ACC and B10 #2 are not going to have the resume unless Clemson and ND each have only one loss.
