If Cincy were to have dropped as BYU did, I would say it is P5 bias at work again and left it at that. But Cincy didn't even move a spot and stayed at #7 in the CFB Playoff rankings, yet BYU drops 6 spots to #14. Is their body of work that much better than BYU's?

This is a glaring admittance of what many on here have said for many years. There are those (the committee) and others that do not like BYU. For whatever reason, I won't go into it, but they do not like BYU. There is no reason for Cincy to stay where they are and for BYU to drop as far as they did unless there is a preconceived Bias/angst baked into the minds of the committee members.

In a nutshell, BYU is not being punished because of schedule, backing out of a game, BYU is being punished for being BYU in the minds of the committee. Call me a martyr, or conspiracy theorist, but this is just way too coincidental.

As I mentioned in a previous post, I am not worried about where BYU is at, I was guessing it would be around 12, but the Cincy v BYU ranking is what has me upset as I was expecting us to drop from where we were.

Also, no other non-P5 dropped as far in the rankings as BYU did.
