I've smoked a turkey on the Traeger every year for nearly a decade now, and those are delicious birds.. but this bird from the Kamado is the greatest turkey I have ever eaten.

It held around 345 degrees perfectly and I used chunks of apple wood for the smoke on top of the charcoal. It was so incredibly moist and way more flavorful than years past, even though I used the same rub.
