I figured what the heck why not. They had me drink this Himalayan salt water and then do this weird arm and leg twist at very specific intervals. Then he felt my lymph nodes and stomach followed with a manipulation. He said he noted some “severe misalignments” that needed daily appointments for a month and weekly appointments after that. All very non-specific but very urgent.

The manipulation felt fine, but needless to say I wasn’t about to shoe out a few thousand to drink salt water and get my back cracked.
