Smoking the turkey breast (bone-in). Baste or no?
I see some recipes where they just smoke it right in the grill.
Others use a pan to roast it in and baste it.
Thoughts?

I haven’t don’t the Bone in, but I basted my boneless Turkey breast with butter

always bone in, always baste, always brine

I don't know that it does much good, but I always baste. I also put a pan of water in to keep the chamber moist.
