All right, so I've been binge watching The Great British Bake Off and one thing
that perplexes me is that so many of the failures on the show are related to temperature. Why in the world do they make them work with things that melt outside in the dead heat of summer? It's not like professional bakers are tempering chocolate or making ice cream cakes outside. They need to put air conditioning in that tent.
