Reality check on possible Dec 5th games...
1. Conferences with COVID openings outside the MWC and PAC are not likely interested in BYU or already forbid OOC contests so they are out.
2. The PAC has a ridiculous guarantee issue, however that might not be as big a deal with one more week of games played. Theoretically BYU could be asked to prep for either team A or B and with enough game film out there, BYU might bite now.
3. The MWC is probably easier to deal with. I suspect at least one or more teams may need games this week and I think that might happen.
4. Because of this, I am leaning towards a belief that a game will happen. But won't be shocked if it doesn't and mainly because opponents really are ducking BYU.
