To play a athlete, at any position, that's never played the sport before and has been a team "member" for less than 5 days. Linehan was not punting in a game 4 days after trying to punt.

But this isn't the point at all. My point is the vandy kicker was with the team 4 days, virtually zero practice, effort, or risk related to the team or sport, ever. Then her first ht, still having done nothing, provides her constructive criticism for the team to cheer more on the sidelines. Then hours after the gm posts on SM how "pissed off" she was with her team for not cheering etc.

This isn't even about sports or gender. It would be similar if your IT company hires an unskilled temp worker to clean the bathrooms for the day. And while walking by your desk the temp tells you that you're not working hard enough and makes suggestions on how to do better.
Then they go tell your boss what youre doing wrong.
