With the moronic way the committee *says* they are looking at metrics, BYU would probably have been better off 4-0 against Boise, Navy, Houston and SDSU. Because the played a bunch of other games, it makes the SOS go down compared to a team that has only played 4 games (even though statistically speaking, SOS should increase exponentially each game played, regardless of the competition).
