Ok CB chefs. Lets talk kitchen knives. What do you know?What's your experience?
Research is tough without testing in person.
Sobfzr im leaning toward the Zwilling pro knobrs
Wudsoff classic were in the running but aren't anymore.
Are there any other sets to consider?
Ive read though less expensive and quality, that Chicago Cutlery forged fusion set is a great value
Anyone e used Victorinox swiss sets?
Any Japaneses steel sets,?
Mercer Genesis?
