the first 75 days, it's what you do after. The idea behind the workout was to create habit so once you start on it you never stop. You could make small modifications like <1 gallon of water and 1 workout a day but you should maintain a healthy lifestyle.
Most people however immediately binge eat on day 76, water bloat and end up gaining a lot of it back.
The goal isn't the first 75 but make sure you maintain some kind of cycle.
