What are you using it for?
Envy is the top end of the HP consumer line so you are getting a good product. New Intel chipset in i5 11th gen. My biggest worry would be only 8GB memory. That may not be a big deal if all you are doing is basic word processing and web browsing.
My biggest turn off would be the 17" display. Too big for me. It will be heavy for sure.
