Why put yourself through that? Just start eating whole, nutritious food. Reach
for apples and carrots instead of chips. I’m 25 years removed from high school and weigh two pounds less than I did as a senior. Learn to cook, stop eating out more than 1-2 a week. Control snacking. You don’t need a 75 day diet.
