Then practice opens Monday, you go through team meetings with your position groups break down the film their a lot of it from your last game and what you need to improve on, then you watch film on your upcoming opponent. Then usually a big team meeting with the head coach then practice starts. Game prep usually starts in practice you might switch up a few things on the defense scheme wise to try and confuse the opposing offense, I played offense so we would add in some new wrinkles to plays and things at the LOS.
