Scenario for Grimes leaving. I figured at best we would get 1 More year, and hope we’d have enough left behind to continue with the O-line emphasis and the style of O we have been playing. The entire Staff outside of Grimes is remaining intact, every single position coach! How often does that happen? We have his O-Line Protégé remaining to coach up the OL and continue that strength. And Roderick who is very qualified and proven to be an excellent play caller will remain to step into the OC role. We will miss Grimes leadership and coaching experience, but this is as smooth a tradition as we could hope for.
