My wife just graduated and she is looking for employment. My wife is currently
20 weeks pregnant. Three companies have taken her to the final stage of interviews and she tells them that she is pregnant. In every case she has felt a shift in the interview and they just end the interviews. Is it unethical to not disclose her pregnancy? She isn't showing that much so they wouldn't know unless she discloses it. I can see both sides but it has been frustrating knowing that one of the reasons she isn't getting hired is the baby.

She made it to the final round of a fourth company and I told her not to tell them but she is worried about it affecting her relationship with the company. Has anybody been in a similar situation or have any guidance for us?
