Okay, give me your sous vide recipe. Any particular cut of steak that is best?
Also, I'm thinking better cuts for adults and older kids that will appreciate it and economical cut for the ones appreciated as much.
Borrowing my brother's sous vide. Probably won't start the steak s until about 10:00 or 11:00 pm. . I know I've seen some people talk about as long as 24 hours but some of the recipes I've seen just talk about a few hours
