Study: showed those who can do >40 vs those <10 were 96% less likely to have CVD
after 10 years.

Those who were 11> were also better off than those <10. But not as good as those >40. More push-ups per minute were better off.

Hmmm.

It was the most predictive measurement they took---better than the treadmill test.

I'm pretty sure I could do 40 in a minute. Now I really want to try.
