Small town Midwest has its pros and cons, may be different than what you’re used to. Some kids thrive when there are fewer church members around. You can really make a difference in helping the church grow and having an influence on those around you. Smaller-town schools are nice in that kids can have a better chance to outperform their peers as well as just try a variety of things. My kids high school will be huge and it’ll practically be impossible for them to play any high school athletics....for example. Just depends on what you and your family want.
