Zach doesn't look Polynesian, but he's half, with his dad being from Hawaii. I relate because I'm half hispanic, half white, but look far more hispanic than white. People saying that Zach can't win really perpetuate the feeling that many do of not belonging with either race. I feel more white than hispanic, but I don't look like it. Maybe Zach feels more Polynesian than white, maybe he doesn't. But I know this is a common feeling for those of us that are half and half, and I feel bad that Zach will have to read a lot of those comments.
