On a personal note she lives in my neighborhood and I see her walking her dog

almost everyday. She always stops to say hi and chat. Very friendly and approachable. The BLM protestors came to protest outside her house this summer and she gave flowers to all the neighbors that had protestors inconvenience them. Definitely a loss to our neighborhood if she moves.
