Her Lease is until 8/31, currently we are not telling her we will not renew so she will be a ‘good’ tenet while she thinks she has an option to sign another lease.

Open an account at a local bank (to her) where she can go make payments.

i give my renters deposit slips and let them pay how they want to the bank
