Well my wife’s Grandma somehow ended up with 2 appointments because people over 70 can’t use the internet and so
all of her 7 children plus their spouses and their grandchildren plus their spouses were trying to get her an appointment this morning. Pretty sure the server problems can be 90 percent attributed to her family. So if they can figure out how to cancel an appointment then there should be one more spot opening up for like 1/19
