Had a woman work for me who was 25% native American and she said that was the

Minimum % required in her tribe to qualify for free casino money payouts. Interestingly, she declined to take the handout. She had a genius IQ and wanted to succeed on her own merits not on her bloodline. Free money like that would difficult to turn down.
