Their hands are HUGE.
I'll bet they could one-hand a ball and run on their knuckles and do pretty well.
As a bonus - if they end up losing the ball, there will always be the question of whether or not it was caused by the ground, so the offense would get to keep the ball and it wouldn't be ruled a fumble.
