Speculation is that he's leaving Washington because the new OC installed a run-heavy offense.

Most of the chatter is about BYU or Utah.

BYU is a much more pass-happy system than Utah, has a more immediate opening at WR (all of Utah's starting WR are returning I believe), and has more scholarships available after Utah has signed so many new folks (either out of HS or as transfers)

Utah has a few things going for them, but I don't think any are huge. They're P5, which helps, but Jones is already leaving a P5 school so it's clearly not his only concern. Also Utah and UW were the finalists, beating out BYU, when he originally decided. However Utah's primary recruiter of Jones (Roderick) is now at BYU, so BYU actually probably has better connections.
