As I've stated before, I'm old. We are building a home in Elk Ridge in a 55+ community. It probably won't be ready until August. The price is locked in and it will be paid for before we move into it.

So, we'll need to sell a "townhome" in Eagle Mountain sometime around the time we move. Keep those prices moving upward for six months or so.
